Sarangkot is a 1600-meter hill on the western side of Pokhara. It is well-known for its panoramic views of the Himalayas, including Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, and Manaslu. In addition, it offers a stunning view of Pokhara city, stretching from the extreme north to the south and including Phewa Lake. Sarangkot has been acclaimed as one of the best paragliding locations in the world.
