Religious site for both Hindu and Buddhist
The Muktinath Temple, also known as Chumig Gyatsa, is situated in the Mustang region of Nepal. It holds great religious significance for both Hindu and Buddhist pilgrims. Thousands of pilgrims visit the temple every year, believing bathing in Muktinath's waters will cleanse them of their lifelong sins. The temple is located at the base of snow-capped mountains at 3,710 meters in the Mustang district. It is also part of the famous trekking routes of the Annapurna Circuit.
