After driving for about five hours from Pokhara, you can reach Chitwan National Park. The park is home to one-horned rhinos, royal Bengal tigers, peacocks, deer, bears, elephants, and many other wild animals. Visitors can enjoy a jeep safari, an elephant-back safari in the jungle, or a dugout canoe ride. In the evening, the Tharu people, the local inhabitants of Chitwan, perform a cultural performance.

Planning for at least a two-night, three-day tour in Chitwan is recommended.
